Here at Embrace Your Shadow we'd like to work with you to resolve any discrepancy you may have regarding our threads. If the returned item was damaged or defective from an error in the production process, we are happy to replace the item! However, if the returned items show signs of wear or use we will not be responsible for a refund or shipping charges due to the item no longer in its original condition.
<1> Embrace Your Shadow accepts all returns/exchanges within 30 days of original sale with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and all fees for each delivery attempt.
<2> Exchanges are made within 14 days from when we receive the returned items. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and all fees for each delivery attempt.
<3> If a customer has more than one shipping interruption (i.e. undeliverable mail, unsuccessful mail forwarding, etc) we will work with USPS to resolve the discrepancy and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt.
<4> Regarding refunds, check your bank account for refund posting before contacting your credit card company. We recommend first contacting your bank to verify that there are no pending transactions awaiting deposit. If you find that your refund issue is still unresolved feel free to contact us at info@embraceyourshadowco.com
<5> If an item was purchased as a gift and it does not fit, it may be exchanged for a different size. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and all fees for each delivery attempt and the item must be received by Embrace Your Shadow prior to replacement.
